By downloading, installing, or using LOOPTR ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is operated by APEX GLOBAL WORLD SOLUTIONS LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
By using LOOPTR, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. This App is designed for adults seeking support with behavioral habits and is not intended for minors.
LOOPTR is a mobile application designed to support adults in managing compulsive behavioral habits. The App provides tools including progress tracking, breathing exercises, journaling, educational content, and AI-powered coaching features.
LOOPTR IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE OR MEDICAL DEVICE.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI coach feature ("Hope") is an artificial intelligence assistant and is NOT a licensed therapist, psychologist, or mental health professional.
The information provided by the App is for educational and self-improvement purposes only. It should not replace professional medical or psychological treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified mental health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or mental health concern.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
LOOPTR offers subscription-based premium features. By purchasing a subscription:
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
If you live in the European Union, any statutory right of withdrawal for a purchase made through the App Store is exercised with Apple, which sells the subscription, under Apple's terms and through the same page.

The App uses virtual currency ("Coins") that you earn through activities in the App. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased, exchanged for cash or transferred, and are non-refundable.
When you finish the onboarding, you get full access to LOOPTR's features for 3 days, free of charge, once per installation. It requires no payment details and ends automatically: nothing is charged at the end. It is separate from the App Store free trial offered on some subscriptions, which is governed by section 6.
The AI coach feature ("Hope") uses artificial intelligence to provide supportive messages and coping strategies. Hope is NOT a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, messages). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for providing the service. We do not share your personal content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not use the App to: violate any laws; harass or harm others; distribute malware or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use the service for any commercial purpose without our consent; or share content that is illegal, abusive, or violates others' rights.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by APEX GLOBAL WORLD SOLUTIONS LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEX GLOBAL WORLD SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APEX GLOBAL WORLD SOLUTIONS LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another country whose law protects consumers, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

These Terms are drafted in English and French. Translations into other languages are provided for your convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails, except for consumers residing in France, for whom the French version is authoritative, and except where the mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
