No ads and no data sales. Your progress is backed up privately under an anonymous account, and you can delete everything from Settings at any time.
APEX GLOBAL WORLD SOLUTIONS LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the LOOPTR mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App uses, where it goes, and how you stay in control of it.
Recovery is personal. We collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.
LOOPTR is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use this App or provide any information to us.
The following data is stored on your device and backed up to Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) under an anonymous account, so the App keeps working across reinstalls and your progress can be recovered on a new phone once you attach Apple or an email address. It is never sold or shared with advertisers:
A few services process limited data so the App can work:
When you use the AI coach ("Hope"):
• Your messages, your first name and your number of clean days are sent through our secure server to Anthropic's API (Claude) to generate replies
• Anthropic processes this data under its own privacy policy and does not use it to train its models
• We do not store your conversations on our servers

We use this data to:
• Provide the App, your backup and the reminders you allowed
• Give you access to your subscription
• Generate the coach's replies
• Answer your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
We do not sell your personal data.

Apple and RevenueCat (subscriptions), Google Firebase (backup and account), Expo (notification delivery), Vercel (our server)
• AI Services:
Anthropic (Claude), only to generate the coach's replies

We protect your data with industry-standard measures:
• Your backup is protected by access rules: only your own account can read or write it
• All network traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)
• The optional app lock (PIN or Face ID) protects access on your phone
No method of storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

your account and all your data, from Settings, Delete Account (this erases your backup, your anonymous account and the data on the phone)

• Your backup is kept until you delete your account from the App
• Data on your phone is kept until you delete your account or uninstall the App
• Subscription records are kept by Apple and RevenueCat as long as billing and the law require
• Your notification token is used only to send the reminders you allowed

Your data may be processed in the United States where our servers and service providers are located. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will tell you about significant changes in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
