Open LOOPTR, go to Settings, then tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple Account.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, LOOPTR.
In LOOPTR: Settings, Delete Account. This removes your backup and your anonymous account, then resets the app.
